in the very beginning, can someone tell me what those chimes are from the train station mean and what the female voice is saying? I've been to Japan three times and always wondered what it meant.
The chime is called a "blind bell" or "electronic chime for guidance". It is an information device to guide a blind person safely to the entrance of a building or other places. They are not only installed in stations, but also in relatively large public facilities such as airport terminal buildings, city offices, hospitals, etc., where unspecified numbers of people come and go. The woman's voice (mechanical voice) is the sound of a ticket machine at the station. The content says "Please press the button you wish to use".
There is always something familiar in these kind of videos. I found the D4DJ Groovy Mix truck in another video, with Rondo - Calendula playing from the truck.
Thanks for the request. However, Kyoto is a long way from Tokyo, so I don't think I'll be able to get there soon. However, Kyoto is one of my favorite cities as well, so I hope to go there someday. But I don't know when that will be😔
