Prices are beyond the roof. I have gone to the grocery store and see elderly people or moms/dads shopping and putting items back, that they NEED, because it costs too much. I have actually picked up items that they put back, kind of follow them through the store and get in the same cashier line. I will buy the item(s) that they had to put back and give it to them. They are sooooo appreciative. That is a random act of kindness without a lot of money and time.
Oh my goodness they are just like my parents, my mom is just like her, and my dad is also an amputee and very sweet like this man, it makes my heart happy to know my parents aren't the only solid devoted long lasting couple who have been through medical hell and still stuck together.

this one hits different for me, i been taking care of my grandpa for 10 years as of July and if we didn't have a van with a lift he wouldn't have gone any further than the porch in that whole time. He has late stage muscular dystrophy and has had a leg amputated so.. "movement" is pretty much the ability to control the arm on his chair and minor things like use the computer mouse and can still feed himself. But, the rest is up to me
