Great playing BTW!!! That sounded awesome!!! It reminded me of an Art Blakey groove I was practicing earlier, doing double strokes on the toms, while playing a Mozambique pattern on the ride. Buy the PAD BOOK!!! It's very well priced and it is a GREAT BOOK worth every penny and more. I use it every day. It dives deep into sudivision studies and teaches several imporatant topics within each subdivsion 3-7. It gets into mixing subdisions, hand osinatos LH & RH & Several different methods and uses for groupings. It is very systematic and very well organized. I will probably never stop using it.
