The good thing about amvs is even after a series ends, you can relive the adventures of some of your favorite anime. Sometimes even anime you have forgotten about and It reminds you of the characters story giving them life again. To me, amvs are like memories recalling a better part of my past. Like I actually knew the characters and experienced the same journey together. These are memories that I cherish ^^

Not just anime for me, though. Books and video games too--anime just happens to have a knack for portraying magnificent stories in a way that is more accessible than other forms of media. It's funny--there's so many western stories that I'd love to see adapted into Japanese animation, in addition to seeing anime become more widely recognized in the U.S.
