It just flows and accentuates what the person already has without overwhelming the beauty and figure of that woman. The Victorian bustle, hoop skirts, etc., are all things that can be admired for their craftsmanship, but they definitely steal the shown from the lady wearing them.
They dressed Arwen very nicely. It was very sweet and beautiful to see her in a different colored dress in every scene. Dresses of all colors looked great on her.🧝♂️
Liv mentioned in a BTS feature that no corsets were involved in her costumes and the emphasis was on free-flowing and feminine. That’s the closest I know.
