Haryana RERA cancels registrations of five Affordable Housing Projects of Mahira Infratech Developer
The Authority took the step after the builder failed to comply with the provisions of the RERA Act and complete construction of all five affordable housing projects across various sectors in Gurugram, the official added.

What should be the future course of action to get the money refund
Refund hoga toh MQ walon ka kya hoga😊 unka toh 'dilli' wala component gaya. This is a lesson to people, that don't encourage builders and be a part of the corrupt practice by giving premium in cash

Firstly, builder has cyphoned the money collected from home buyers. Until that is recovered, how will Govt. arrange the funds for refund leave aside the interest,
Secondly, the builder has not paid fully to farmers whose land he acquired. All these land parcels are under litigation with a strong possibility that farmers may get their land back. Then where is the question of appreication of land rates benefitting the allottees?

Hope Land seller already got the money if not pay them 1st and clear the Land seller money than invite other builder and mahira builder to sit on one table to decide who will build the flat for public(buyers)
