"Innocent till proven guilty" only applies to Criminal Offenses, it does not apply to Civil Offenses.
It does not apply to Impeachments, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment or the 25th Amendment. They specifically apply to "both Houses of Congress."
Neither Impeachments or Section 3 of the 14th have anything to do with the Judicial branch of our Government. IF it applies and applying it, are NOT the same thing.
