How to make easy Rare Cheesecake / No Bake Rare Cheesecake Recipe

- Ingredients-
Mold size: diameter 15cm, height 7cm
Whole wheat cookies 90g
Melted butter 40g
Cream cheese 200g (30 minutes at room temperature)
Sugar 55g
Lemon juice 14g
Gelatin 6g
Whipped cream 200g + sugar 15g
Milk 50g(If texture is thick before mixing gelatin, add 10 ~ 15g of milk)

@@duong-chan5327 that isnt what made it be that white. The cream was under beaten. If you whip cream for too long, it will get a bit of color because it starts to turn to butter

@@kats.5958 she actually whipped it up a lot compared to some recipe she whipped the whipped cream till it start to hold shapes which is what most recipe usually called for and she whipped the mixture after adding it to the creamcheese which could add more air bubble considering the thickness of the mixture and fats contents. Some recipe called for folding in the whipping cream which dont add much air bubble. Still I think the reason this cheesecake is more white than most recipe is just the heavy cream she used. It seem paler compared to other recipe. This is just my opinion though cause I've seen the color of butter
affecting the colour of some cake the whipped cream from different cow with different diet causing paler whipped cream shouldn't be that far fetched.
Also whipped cream dont turn to butter unless you overbeaten it and it will be a noticable crumb not yellow colour spread evenly. So the more you whipped it the more white it is by air bubble deflecting light.

This is called French cheesecake where I live. Our grocery store bakery makes it frequently and Jello has a kit so non-cooks can make it too. My understanding is that the difference between "French cheesecake" and New York cheesecake is that New York cheesecake is more dense and cheesy flavored while French cheesecake is light, fluffy, and mild flavored.
For people who are in a rush, just follow a typical cheesecake recipe but omit 1/2 the cream cheese and add pre-made whipped cream and plain powdered gelatin. Nothing fancy involved ;).

OMG same here I LOVE the sweet sourcream layer, its the absolute best of my comfort food. Same here, in regards to the addition of gelatin, I fear it will change the consistency in a major way, granted its nice to have a different type of recipe to create an entirely new form of savory & sweet cheesecake creations (Some Original recipes should not change Lmao)

My mom makes something similar to this but with out the gelatin, she just uses 1 pkg of cream cheese and a half pkg of neufchatel (lite or half fat) cream cheese, and adds a little extra vanilla and lemon juice. We also cheat by using the premade crusts. It's our favorite early dessert.

@@A._K. Yes. it doesn't effect the taste at all, just the texture. I like my cheesecake on the creamier side but after sitting it in the refrigerator for a few hrs it solidifies just the way I like it without the gelatin

One of my favorite sour cream creations, when I was a kid. First, you need to make it into a sweet cream, start with about 1 cup of sour cream then sprinkle 2 Tblsp of raw sugar and lots & lots of honey to taste of course. Now the fun begins, layer sliced banana at the bottom of a bowl, then put a massive scoop of the sweetened sour cream, then add shredded coconut, plump sultanas, and finally granola (and more banana slices) You can customize it to suit your needs & desires anything you like. Once you taste sweetened sour cream you will never be the same again LOL. Oh I almost forgot to try a dollop of sweetened sour cream on fresh figs ieieieieie

You can make this in a store bought Graham cracker pie shell also! Just whip up cream cheese, sour cream and some plain powdered gelatin. Add it to the pie shell, fridge it overnight covered with the plastic that came with the pie shell!
