Sponsors only recently were a thing. Back in season 4. He's saying that IF or WHEN CNS becomes a sponsor, he'll immediately sign with them. They have not been a sponsor yet :)
I think a slightly different version of the track plays in the background of the museum building in sys$horizon, at least it sounds different to me. Maybe it’s just this version that plays in the background but if it’s different see if you’re able to upload that version
