It's an amazing show i loved & enjoyed it very much, it's unfortunate that it's a limited series so it's unlikely we'll be getting a season 2 but hopefully with everyone who watched it asking for a season 2 & even signing petitions it will happen!

She's using a posh British accent, not an Australian one & she said that she kept using it for about 6 months off set as well to get used to it cause it was her 1st time & an Uber driver in Australia even asked her from what part of England was she from😂 It was filmed in Australia that's why the scenery is so beautiful! It's supposed to be an English colony based in Australia where they take criminals from England to

this show was so good! it was nice to see maia in a different kind of role especially an Australian role
I agree it's great seeing her play such a different role from everything she did before but Her character is not Australian, Lady Belle is British
