I'm on a marathon watching all your wonderful videos! I am so glad I found your channel! Can you please do a video on how you grow your Thai ingredients (lemongrass, Kefir limes....)? Thank you
Great suggestion! I have so much lemongrass and Thai basil and mint and kefir limes frowing now. I will try to get a video done on these soon.
@@SpoonForkHeart yeahhh! Can’t wait to learn how to grown the stable herbs of Thai cooking! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Your soup looks amazing, the way you have explained it was simple and easy to follow, I love the tips & advice you give. You sound like a wonderful person…keep it up 🙂 God bless you 💗
I searched for this recipe after trying it at a Thai restaurant when I visited Bahrain, I wasn’t feeling too well that day, but after have a few spoonfuls of this soup I felt soo much better, I felt energised and well nourished. Today I’m back in England and feeling very unwell since it’s soo cold here in the winter…I remembered this soup and felt I needed another good dose of this to boost me up. Thank you for sharing 😘
Thankyou, this looks delicious. I will make it. Can you eat lemon grass and garangal or do you have to spit it out once the flavor is gone?
This recipe is so familiar for me, my mom from north thailand and she is always cook similiar with this recipe
Oh, that's great. So you grew up eating great Thai foods. North Thailand has some of the best Thai recipes in all of Thailand.
Ive half blood child, i was born in Thailand but mostly grew up in Indonesia because my daddy from indo, even like that i really grew up with Thai cuisine, because my mother is very good at cooking, until finally I grew up with a Thai tongue and appetite. now i'm married and living far from mama, i really miss mama's cooking, and i found your channel with a tom yum recipe which is the only one similar to mama's cooking, simple, look nice also without coconut milk, i'm very happy thank you na kha 💕🥰
I didn't understand the name of ingredient that you shredded..please may you right this down for me thank you
Looks delish. Could u possibly print ingredients on screen as u add them. I didn't quite get what they all were. I do know I have to make this. 😆
I always add the ingredient in the "description box" below the video on UA-cam. Also, on the Spoon Fork Heart website, but it doesn't get updated as often as I would like it to. The cameraman's fault.
Do you not use chili paste in the clear broth?
Is this soup real spicy? I can't handle hot stuff. How about leaving out chillis?
Normally, it is a very spicy soup, yes. But you can leave the hot stuff out and it will still taste great. I often make a mild version for my mom because she can't eat too spicy.
👍👍👍😋🙏💐🥰
What broth do you use?? 😅
Hello i like tom yum but see your video but one item missing milk not add
The one with milk is a different version of tom yum. This version is called "tom yum goong nam sai". It's a clear version,
@@SpoonForkHeart yes i agree with you last 7 month i not Bangkok every month 3 times i come Bangkok but time veey problem s coved19 i so missing Thai foods i love thai foods
Looks very good Siri! Does your husband like the soup as hot as you do? I am a hot spice lover but my husband can't stand much heat.😊❤💟💖 Thanks For a delicious recipe
Oh yeah, he likes spicy food too. We always challenge each other hahaa. Thanks for stopping by and chatting with me.
Great tips!! I've been putting the lime in the pot and I couldn't figure out why it was bitter. Putting the lime + fish sauce AFTER in a bowl made a huge difference, and it tasted fresher. Thank you!
