This video features the days of room-making to welcome Spring.
In the morning, I've tried a soufflé cake, washed my bed-clothings in the laundromat, and finally made a Spring cover for my blanket 💪🏻
Using all of my energy, I've focused on making beddings and editing my video 😇

I'be just realized she probably lives in a one bedroom apartment but uses that one room as her atelier and the main area as her bedroom/living room. I'm so inspired of how well she uses her space and how lovely and clean everything looks.
Tip for the meringue: start whipping the whites alone in a cold bowl, then add the amount of sugar gradually and, only when it's hardened, add the lemon juice
Personally I add a pinch of salt in the whites, it hardens way easier

You cant overmix the egg whites when you mix with the egg yolk, you just need to stir a few times. And if you want the egg whites more stiff, you can add a bit cream of tartar😁
