After some research, the upload of this video and the death of the 14 year old boy are most likely not related. Apparently, roughly around this time of august and september, starts an event called the "One Chip Challenge". Last year was "One Chip Challenge 2022" and this year its "One Chip Challenge 2023". Usually the company behind the one chip challenge starts selling the chip around this time, which sparks popularity and trends surrounding the challenge. LKIAB most likely only uploaded this to ride the trend of this year's One Chip Challenge, and didn't upload this with the intention of farming the child's death.
The clips they upload all seem to follow a consistent pattern, so its possible they have scheduled this video before the child's death. It could also be possible they just uploaded it manually without even knowing about the child's death. Either way, what an unfortunate coincidence...
