Leigh-Jean Terblanche you auto for your forth stack and then press q immediatly or have it already stacked and while your auto attack animation is in the air for example you press q and it goes off again. It‘s about timing! I recommend practice tool to try it yourself, so you can keep trying until you feel like you got it.

It depends on the situation..this guy bough triforce because he got ahead on the paning phase but usually what u wanna build first on ashe is a botrk or phantom dancer with bf sword aside..and no triforce aint core for ashe

This build grants 40% CDR so you got access to your W and R faster, it grants you mana on-hit, grants good amount of damage and Is stronger during the laning phase and especially mid game. To counter assassins you can buy Guardian Angel, Phantom Dancer, Bloodthirster as 5th Item, Ninja Tabi or QSS against hard Crowd Control Effects. You can also use Stop Watch as your Inspiration Secondary Rune.
