  • Starting a Community Garden sounds EXPENSIVE & COMPLICATED. Start a NEIGHBOR garden instead! balegardeninab...
It's simple and cheap to set up a Straw Bale NEIGHBOR Garden, even in a small space with just some landscape rock and a tree separating the traffic on a suburban street.
Just set a few bales of straw in position, condition them with a bag of BaleBuster® and get ready to watch the plants grow. Odds are great that you'll enjoy some wonderful conversations with neighbors who you haven't even met yet.
Odds are great that the children in your neighborhood will be fascinated and eager to learn how Straw Bale Gardening works.
Doesn't that sound like an easy way to make the growing season even more happy and productive?
You can learn all about Straw Bale Gardening on our main website, which is StrawBaleGarde....
We have a Forum where you can get answers from Joel Karsten himself (the original pioneer of Straw Bale Gardening), and monthly online events, almost 100 free videos for you to watch, and a friendly community of Straw Bale Gardeners from all around the world who will be delighted to meet you and hear about your gardening success!

There is a community garden at our local hospital and a bale garden is included. Also, I love bale buster fertilizer! It makes the whole conditioning process so easy!!!

Oh, that's wonderful, Ida. Thanks so much for letting us know about both those things! Can you let us know the name of the hospital? We'd love to see if they're willing to share some pictures with us.
