2023 Wink Solar Sprout LSV

LSVs (low speed vehicles) are gaining in popularity, especially in urban / retirement communities where large, expensive vehicles aren't necessary. I get to ride and drive a Wink Solar Sprout in this video. Amazingly, the owner does 100% of their local traveling (store, doctor, shopping, etc.) in their Wink and they have never plugged the car in. It stays charged completely by the large solar panel on top! It can be charged by house current overnight if desired. The Wink has heat and a/c, although neither could probably keep up in very hot or cold conditions (the windows are the best a/c). With a maximum speed of 25 mph, the Wink is licensed for roads up to 35 mph but no faster. With simple worm-drive steering and hydraulic brakes, the Wink isn't a race car or a Toyota, but for its owner is a fuel-free way to get around.

An LSV is street legal on any road limited to 35mph. The owner of the Wink in the video does 100% of his in-town driving (shopping, bank, groceries) in this Wink.

I would kill that car in one day because my lead foot cannot drive 25mph.
