  • "In the future, I see myself as a nurse who keeps working on her career" says Vesna, a trained nurse from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Vesna decided to move to Germany and now works at the university hospital in Cologne. Before she could start her career, she had to go through the recognition procedure in Germany.     Ich kann mich nur in Namen aller Menschen die aus Bosnien nach Deutschland gekommen sind um zu arbeiten und zu leben, bei Deutschland für diese Chance bedanken. Vesna svaka cast 👏🏻

    Mal differenziert gesehen:
    Pflegekräfte gehen jetzt zu ca. 100% ihrer Arbeit nach, wofür sie nach Tarifrecht nicht schlecht bezahlt werden, im Durchschnitt 3900€Brutto in mittlerer Leistungsgruppe 3.
    Ein Kommissar (Gehobener Dienst) erhält vergleichbar ca. 2688 €Brutto (und auch Netto weniger!).
    Und hier sprechen wir von Abitur mit Hochschulstudium von dem Gefahrenpotential Mal ganz abgesehen.
    Vor allem stellt sich die berechtigte Frage, was machen eigentlich diese Pflegekräfte, wenn die Stationen nicht ausgelastet sind?

      Wenn die Pflegeberufe überbezahlt und unterbeschäftigt sind, dann schulen Sie doch einfach um. ;)
