Fireball Ride at the 2016 Warren County A&L Fair

Taken with a Canon 550 D ISO 200 f 4.0. 1280 x 1020 30 fps. About half way through this video it started to rain and they shut the ride down.

What state is this? There’s many Warren County’s in America. This fair looks great. I see the Chance Sky Diver and I see the tub trailer for a Chance Flying Bobs (or one of the many rethemes its had).
