@@asclepius7516 Some people call it a hobby, some call it a weird obsession with unnecessary things. I've actually earned money to buy most of my Lego collection, but some great sets were given to me as presents for certain holidays and achievements because people knew I'm collecting Lego and don't have a problem finding a nice gift or present for me. Anyway, I still buy food and household items, though sometimes I could have afforded something better (and more expensive), but I save. That's my choice, I'm not ashamed of it. Lego' s been part of my life since childhood. My father presented me the first set when I was 3.
I currently have 7 sets, my favorite two have to the 1989 Batmobile and the Ecto-1, which I’m still in the process of building. I was able to complete the Batmobile in under 8 hours over the course of 2 days. The Ecto-1 is taking me a little bit longer, but still highly recommended

I would mention the huge MOC star destroyer /25.000 pieces/. This is not sold by LEGO buy you can buy the instruction, check out the part list and order them.

It looks like a W from the front and it's more powerful so it becomes the iconic W16 engine which is used in the super sport, Veyron,et cetera. The engine was born from a Volkswagen car. It's one of your daily dose of knowledge 🙂 thank you 😉
For me, one of the most outstanding LEGO-set is the large, highly-detailed Batman's Tumbler Batmobile from the Dark Knight movie trilogy. I don't remember the exact model number but it's not a problem finding it by keywords "tumbler batmobile". Right now I'm looking for a way to add a motor and steering to it, there are many solutions on the web.
I have purchased and assembled the Aston Martin, ‘67 Mustang, Porsche 911, Doms Dodge Charger and am currently working on the Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters. Stimulus money is just about gone now...😆🤣😆
That motorcycle prototype is a cool idea I’m sure it’s possible but very vulnerable to malfunctions since something like that would need a lot of air or magnetic force to keep it up

I’ve done it many, many times. The thing is an absolute unit tho, and almost no damage.
I built a lego ship that is design for nothing but strength i can put over 100 lbs of pressure into it lengthwise and even more from the side
