We just did that with our new house & old house. Stressful stressful!!! We originally had a different house picked out the first time but it sold before we got ours sold. we started looking at our new house now & thankfully the people went down in price more into our price range so we could make a deal. Lucky everything worked out. I do like our new house now than the very first one so just go with the flow, it does suck but what is ment to be will happen. German cake is the BEST!

And the end result of that cake was pretty good but it’ll be better next time! I need to double the cake recipe and do a two layer to have a better ratio 😆 but if you are interested in lower carb lower sugar cake, I would definitely recommend the links that I left in the bio!!
