This is basically plum stew, plum jam is more dense due to the gelatine that's added. I love it this way, I eat it like a desert with whipped fresh cream on top while watching my favourite shows.

My mom makes Mango and pineapple jam at home and as I live in Goa so mango is very famous in Goa... I have a farm so in my farm there are many different types of mango trees for example :
Mankurad which is really very famous in Goa and I also have mangoes called : Totapuri, Pairi, Malges ect so we can make mango jam from naturally ripe mangoes. Otherwise the mangoes which we buy from market are ripened using chemicals
