I waited on Aimee at a restaurant in Los Feliz some ten years ago. For the first time, ever, I experienced being star-struck. I wanted to tell her how just how much I appreciated her music. She got me through my teen years, coming out of the closet, alcoholism, rehab, break ups, and all the joyous moments in-between. I didn't say a word. though. I couldn't speak. It's the first song and first time ever hearing something by Aimee, and, well...
Theres no way not to fall in love with her music.
She's great.
