T4 is still the main form to use in replacement therapy when in offseason and start of prep and then t3 conversion can happen from there. In prep when t4 to t3 conversion is limited and/or you want to create a hyperthyroid state add in T3.
Yes it can, still on the thyroid put it in when the need occurs for it. Which for most is very early in dieting, I would lean into T4 or a combo therapy

I have hypothyroidism. Can I use it ?
Is this a dose dependent effect? If youre only doing 1-2 IU daily this would be more unlikely?
At lower doses this is less likely of an issue

Why is my igf1 super low and t4 t3 are all normls range despite using gh for over 2 months now?? Even my GH levels were low..is my gh bunk or fake??
