Here is a historical moment in Brazil music. By the end of the 70's, Vinícius de Moraes, Toquinho, Tom Jobim and Miúcha go to Italy to participate in a TV programme called "Musicalmente Vinícius" (Musically Vinícius). In a relaxed and intimate enviroment, the quartet chats and sings songs that will make history. Great classics of bossa nova are presented such us: "Águas de Marco", "Samba do Aviao", "Wave" and the inmortal "Garota de Ipanema". Toquinho and Vinícius also sing their hits like "Tarde em Itapoa", "A gente vai levando".

Este é um momento histórico da música brasileira. No final dos anos 70, Vinícius de Moraes, Toquinho, Tom Jobim e Miúcha vão para a Itália participar de um programa de TV chamado "Musicalmente Vinícius". Em um ambiente descontraído e intimista, o quarteto conversa e canta músicas que farão história. Grandes clássicos da bossa nova são apresentados como: "Águas de Marco", "Samba do Avião", "Wave" e o imortal "Garota de Ipanema". Toquinho e Vinícius também cantam sucessos como "Tarde em Itapoa", "A gente vai levando".

Vinícius de Moraes and nicknamed O Poetinha ("The little poet"), was a Brazilian poet, diplomat, lyricist, essayist, musician, singer, and playwright. With his frequent and diverse musical partners, including Antônio Carlos Jobim, his lyrics and compositions were instrumental in the birth and introduction to the world of bossa nova music. He recorded numerous albums, many in collaboration with noted artists, and also served as a successful Brazilian career diplomat.
Tom Jobim was a Brazilian composer, pianist, guitarist, songwriter, arranger and singer. Considered one of the great exponents of Brazilian music, Jobim internationalized bossa nova and, with the help of important American artists, merged it with jazz in the 1960s to create a new sound with popular success. As such he is sometimes known as the "father of bossa nova". Jobim was a primary force behind the creation of the bossa nova style, and his songs have been performed by many singers and instrumentalists internationally.
Toquinho is a Brazilian singer and guitarist. He is well known for his collaborations, as composer and performer, with Vinicius de Moraes.
Miúcha was a Brazilian singer and composer.
