I had cold about 27 yrs ago and went to the hospital . A nurse told me to go and take a hot shower . No prescription was given to me and after taken the hot shower , I was relieved of the cold . It worked for me and I have been practicing it since then till now . I don't go to hospital because of cold or flu .

Zion, regarding washing your shoes in Ghana, it's the dust ooo. Last year, when I came to Ghana I had to wash my black and white trainers after wearing it but since last year I have been wearing it and it's still clean
