So many parents only give a damn when it's their "precious little angel" that's being effected, in this case by the flirting. They couldn't give a rat's ass about what their kid is doing to some other kid. As long as they and theirs are okay, the rest of the world can rot. Meanwhile, the school's only concern is avoiding being sued and they know they have a much better chance against one kid's parents than 20.

The nostalgia... I remember when i was a big fan of undertale until the community kinda got pretty bad and toxic (i was a fan around mid to early 2018 - 2019), everytime i was finished with playing with my friend on robloc (possibly, quit or just forgot about his account) i would listen to Snowdin Town and then looking upstairs (where i was playing was literally near the stairs to the family bedroom, we share a bedroom and also near my grandparents bedroom) before turning off the laptop and going to bed. The laptop i used before broke and now i have a pretty good pc. I still miss my friend.

personally I can appreciate the animators (even if some of them really nee- *ahem*). the amount of effort it takes to not only draw well, but to do so for hundreds of frames I find impressive. very few animators actually reach that level though. the one who made sans vs. the fandom for example
