This woman is very kind to take care of the abandoned baby, as well as her own baby. It is NOT easy having more than one baby at at a time to care for...even in the USA, I almost had a breakdown taking care of my triplets. Who knows what would happen to the girl if this mother handed her over to the government. She could end up being sex trafficked, or sold and killed for her organs. There is a small chance shqe could be adopted into a loving family...but a much bigger chance of something terrible happening to her. This woman knows her country better than we do, and we need to trust her judgement. However...shoes should definitely be a priority, since the baby walks everywhere with the mother.
