I keep trying to ask if he’s actually there or if he’s still just a figment of my imagination and he’s super unhelpful with that. Anyway I did go through loads of intense trauma so it’s a real possibility.

It worked for a few seconds, but both of us found it uncomfortable, so they very quickly went back to lurking in the dark parts of my room They can't speak to me outside of my head, so I never got their actual name, but they've never shown any visible discomfort toward the name Shaid
No, no very different. Very much different. Having hallucinations and delusions is entirely separate (although a few people have both) from handing off the body for awhile because you need to check out for the day and let someone else finish working for you.
