The best of interviews I have ever seen of IAS at aspirant level..and he doesn't seem to be ratto kind of person at all but quite open minded ..not at all stressed and greater understanding of concepts and a basic nature of curiosity of learning things
Generally we try to crack exams to serve our country as an administrator. We haven't done anything meaningful yet, but we have will to do. He is already serving the country at grassroot level. May be that's why he is so calm and confident.
Learning always be boon if person have that spirit .
I had watched a news interview of Sarthak with other toppers including Chitraang Murdia, who was the then JEE Advanced topper. Chitraang went on to pursue his BS from MIT and is now doing his PhD at UC Berkeley. Meanwhile Sarthak topped CBSE, SRCC, studied at Oxford, worked at World Bank and now is an IAS officer. It's incredibly impressive what people with dedication are able to achieve in life.

This is the beauty of this exam. It puts a person, worked for world bank on par with a person employed for nothing else then strong, persistent and immutable dreams.

@@AASHEEMAAA there were many memes back then coz 99.6 was first time achievable by any student and that too with perfect 100 in Physics, Maths, Chem and Economics, he lost two marks in English.. Ofc even achievement is prob in India so many started flooding memes like beta do marks kaha reh gye, CBI probe for missing two marks, Arnab Goswami India wants to know, arvind kejriwal do marks ke liye jaach padtaal, sharma ji ka launda agarwal ji ke launde se haar gya just like this..

He's a real topper in every sense whether if you talk about his fluency in answering questions from the panelist or else the confidence and well awareness about the ground reality from the newspapers and other sources are making this man different from other toppers and UPSC candidate and this is why i belive is that he is gooing to perform well in his real life as a DM no matter where ever he goes, best part is that he has gain lots of knowledge in Economics which will play a crucial role a DM in India because it's really very much important to look upon the important Economic implementation of works and schems. In the future, if I will get the opportunity I will love doing work with this talented man! All the Best for Future as an IAS officer sir :)
In all the interviews by Saroj sir I have seen, saroj sir has shown that he has the better knowledge in every field.
His interview is so lively. His attitude, demeanor, calm and composed aura speaks confidence. Of course his qualification and experience can be seen through his personality. But what I most like he is well informed for most of the case, humble and polite; he knows when to push the subject and when to back out and also there is a certain charm in him. Although it his first time for upsc interview unlike other toppers he is not nervous, hesitant and cautious as he said he enjoyed the process. I am really looking forward for his future as a civil servant.

I think indian adiministration sholud really admire for having him into it..inspite of his interview performance as guidelines concerned, he speaks practically, to the point unlike someone who are trying to give impractical answers for sake of selection...he is really passionate on being into indian governace and to help from ground level..I think he deserves the tag "MOST INTELLEGENT IAS" ...I think wherever he'll posted that district would definitely become financially strong

And since the interviewee was very articulate and spoke rather fast, he could complete whatever he had to say within a short period of time with the result that the board members got sufficient time to ask him a lot more questions than they would otherwise have got. Well, I don't know the exact reason but as you have asked publically so I would like to share my opinion.
Such officers, social workers, good politicians, teachers, writers, good directors and army have been making our society better day by day. Public support plays a crucial role to make a drastic changes. To have a willingness in public to support such positive approach. Generally public support such things either they are living like hell or living peacefully. We are in developing situation..so we neither living like hell nor living a peaceful life. Mostly we are struggling to have better life. And we are so much involved in that, we don't support those people, who are really want to improve our condition. Though alot of things still need to be better in our country, most of the our people are having better life than people at other part of the world. After freedom alot of positive changes have happened in our country..and it is still going on...I strongly feel that in upcoming 50 years India will be better than any western country.✌️

I generally don't watch the interview as it demotivated me a bit due to lack of knowledge i have than them but i specifically start to watch him coz i love listening to men of his Intelligence.

Wow time flies.... now recently UA-cam recommended me a video,,,, and the Name sarthak agarwal was there.... I remember this name because of the meme.. and he was a topper once. Really brilliant boy.
