This has been my idea for over 20years ( fruit market with a smoothie & salad bar and fruits and veggies restraints) all kinds of discouragement came as I tried to share back then....I remember writing a pastor (Pastor Sam Adeyemi) then who was running entrepreneurship program on TV/Radio/news print then, he simply replied, do not listen to anyone telling you about how it will go wrong, get on it, strat small and build your dream business. It's about 22 years now or more and I am yet to start, it keeps coming up , very strong now....

These things are definately perishable, I'm wondering what do they do to keep them fresh for a longer time. Is it possible to install AC in the shop ane keep it on throught the day/night so that they stay fresh for few more hours?
And what do you think what can we do/make to the dried fruits/vegitables any ideas? And how about the rotten one's, Is the only solution is to throw them away? Or can we utilize it on something else instead of dumping them away so that could generate some more money. Dear whoever reading this and whoever on this bussiness, please do drop your ideas on reply. I would definately appreciate every single persons views.

Instead of trying to keep vegetables fresh, try to buy fresh and sell them on the same day.
Also you can do tie ups with near by restaurants to sell them leftover items at lesser price.

@@Raviteja1 Indeed, there is a local goods service here.. but if you want to send goods abroad... it's hard if you don't have acquaintances/buyers from abroad.
@@Raviteja1 in my country if do Delivery With Selling (big business) it is very difficult because, we need to take care of some paperwork... and at least we already have a company,
