So interesting. I wish this episode came out a year ago before I planted my 2 peach and 2 apple trees from Walmart! Lol.... I hope I didn't make a mistake buying from there. They just flowered all 4 but all flowers fell off...the apple trees look pathetic, still basically a stick in the ground with couple small branches...any advice or preferred kinds of fertilizer to help them branch out or they still considered too young? I bought and planted last spring... thanks

We prefer organic granular fertilizers for fruit trees. There are blends available from Down To Earth and Dr. Earth. But first test your soil for nutrient levels to see where you stand before fertilizing. We like Rapitest home soil test kits for the task. Inexpensive and a real eye-opener!
