Despite what everybody says about her character and her behaviour on the show, you gotta give it to her that she is indeed a very well spoken and elocuent person. I don't know why people are jumping on the hate Kenya bandwagon. Apollo pursued her. Porsha came for her. You want to call someone a bully. Um hello?? Nene Leakes is the biggest bully on that show STILL! Not saying Kenya is not at fault for some things and should not be held accountable for her dirt, because she should. I am not a fan of these shows and not a huge fan of Cohen. To ask a person who was assaulted on a program that you produce if she went too far in filing charges is outrageous. To ask that same cast member if they are a good role model is also hypocritical and outrageous.
These shows reinforce the most negative & false stereotypes of women and those who participate in them should be ashamed of themselves.

One thing I could say about Kenya she always had something funny, sarcastic, straight forward to say about some one... but she never threaten anybody verbally. What Kenya said in the first minute of this interview is EXACTLY correct, and it's only those that choose to hate her so much that won't accept that. Porsha had no recourse in hitting Kenya regardless of how justified she, the rest of the cast, or the Kenya haters will believe. These women knew exactly what they were signing up for when it came to this show. Had Porsha never once done the EXACT same thing as most of the other women on the show, I MIGHT have had some sense of remorse for her. Like my mother used to say, you can't take a gun to a fistfight and call that fair. Was Kenya blameless? No, but never once have you ever heard her say that she was, either. *sigh*
I haven't seen one person say it's ok for Porsha to have hit Kenya only that Kenya was just a wrong for her behavior and all of the blame isn't on Porsha

I think that is why they all gang up on her because even when that crazy dude in s8ep8 punched tammy, they all still went for Kenya, saying she caused it. So did she cause him to threaten Kandi and her big belly with baby too, for simply saying thank you?? They are hateful because they cant stand how attractive she is. Everything else brought up is petty. The only person to me who should have beef with Kenya, is vivica Fox (don't know how her names spelled- sorry). Because Kenya played dirty in that boardroom with taking her phone to make her look menopausal and irrational. But she did not steal to steal as in to rob and sell the phone like other crooks do, it was for the winning of the game show. Phaedra is mad, because he husband used Kenya as a sexy weapon... No responsibly what so ever either, she tries to fight, and then harps on about being mad, that KENYA got her to that stage of fighting.... Cynths was between the two of them it was not IN HER FACE. Porsha did not snap she took the reunion as her opportunity to do what she did not have the balls to do while filming!! SHE DIDNT SNAP ON SET - Porsha knew what she was doing, security was there and she knew that security staff wld separate the two of them IMMEDIATELY after she hit Keya! Why didn't she hit Kenya while taping the show?
Kenya talking in a bull horn is no excuse for Porsha to physically assault Kenya. Point blank period. There is nothing you can say to justify that. That is just trashy behaivor from Porsha. And people keep talking about Kenya lying.... How about Porsha who keeps going interview to interview saying that kenya was using the props as a weapon and she was just protecting herself....
And it's no different when Nene does it. Nene does the exact same thing when she's angry. She yells louder than you and invades your personal privacy. Then she blames you for the escalated fight and doesn't take any responsibility. All the girls on the show are hypocrites, except for Cynthia.

Kenya only took those things out when Porsha wouldn't shut up, because the whole night, she was aiming to humiliate Kenya. Don't deny this. I'm pretty sure her and Phaedra were planning it the whole time, which is why Phaedra said "I told you not to get worked up"

Lin Yang Kenya said she was the best at using her words. Porsha used her words when she argued with Kenya, Porsha didn't have any props. So how is she good at using her words. Porsha warned her to stop putting stuff in her face or their will be consequences. Kenya thought her prey Porsha was a punk and tried her, and like Kenya said she made good on her word. So I guess I can talk to you with a scepter pointing in your face and a bullhorn screaming and you would think it was soo funny.
Tolen Thornton Who said any of it was acceptable behavior. But certain behaivor warrants appropriate reactions. Talking in a bull horn does not warrant physical violence. And the whole excuse about her being pushed is pure ignorance. You can say that about anything. Kenya could have called her out of her name without the props and you could claim that she was pushed. Fact is, they all knew what they signed up for. And they all knew that they would be "PUSHED" at a reunion show. Porsha was just stupid enough to turn it into a physical altercation.

I watched it again and yes. She used the sceptre and said "I'm talking", so she only used it when she was talking over her.
And Kenya used the bullhorn because Porsha was talking OVER her. Which is why she used it, because she won't be spoken over. And yes, how else is she supposed to have a VOCAL argument when Porsha is screaming over Kenya?
So yes, if Porsha just shut up and didn't try to attack and humiliate Kenya, this wouldn't of have happened.
And again, I'm not saying what Kenya did was right. But don't shift all the blame to Kenya.

I think Andy is a little harder on Kenya than on the other ladies on RHOA, He always questions her like she is on trial, especially in this interview, but when he interviews the other ladies he is so funny, i don't think he likes her very much, its evident in the way he speaks to her. I don't understand why every one speaks so badly about Kenya, she is not the worse person on the show. Nene speaks down to Andy and he laughs whenever she does it, and when Porsha used to be a Preacher, i saw the video on TMZ and youtube, she spoke against Gays and said they need to be saved because they are living in sin. but he comes at Kenya in such a mean way.

Kenya wants to say that she argues with her words. When did a scepter pointing in somebody's face become words. I believe if Porsha did the same to her, she would be filing a lawsuit. She didn't really answer his question about thinking it was acceptable to putting props in somebody's face. She was really deflecting from answering his questions and kept bringing up what Porsha accused her of. She said that she doesn't believe in the she made me do it concept. But yet she said when Porsha called her a slut, her reaction was to call her a hoe, something she professes not to call women. So it shows the she made me do it concept with her as well

I been #teamKenya since she won Miss USA in my home City and had the pleasure to meet her....such a lovely person....so poised....and elegant in her speech, always has been. Bullying is bullying whether it's physical or verbal. Porsha could have responded to her taunting differently but I think if Kenya were more of an authentic woman she would acknowledge that she was wrong for her antics as well. Kenya has been salty with Porsha ever since she called her the wrong title at the charity event (petty). I think like any bully she has targeted Porsha because safe has determined her as the weakest link (maybe because she's the youngest in the cast).
Either way, Im not familiar with the show but she is very well spoken under pressure without having to yell or get hype. She is articulate.

Watching this again I just would like to highlight some things she says:
1. When asked about the charity donation: her response was "I actually don't recall Nene even making a statement but I will match whatever Nene says" really Kenya was that your understudy present at the reunion or you?
2. When asked how did she feel about Porsha's performance in A Mother's Love Play: her response "I actually didn't watch it because of velvet" Hello Kenya you were in attendance at the actual play though just comment on her performance you did say she did a good job after the show and during the show when your aunt even gave Porsha a good comment.
