Just wanna say I'm really glad you are doing a podcast. Listening to you and Sam Harris riff about reality was fantastic and really exposed me to your work and I think your voice is important. I especially enjoy hearing you and Schwartz talk and I think it's actually very generative and productive so I hope we can get that more consistently, maybe as an ongoing series of discussions. Have you seen some of John Vervaeke's work like After Socrates? I could see you and Richard Schwartz putting together a joint presentation/course in the future and getting wonderful results. Ahhhh man ❤❤❤ I love the way Loch makes dropping out of small self so friendly ❤ I’ve been having issues with flying off into PANIC during my meditation. The feeling is like a fear of death that just shows up. Checking in with my parts and involving them in the Shift feels way more comfy and all my parts appreciate it soooo much 🎉
