Eternal Trail tour (2000 meters, 30km single trails) together with 3 biobiker

This time I took 3 friends. All 3 were traveling with the bioMTB. Numerous steep uphills they had to push or carry, which I could ride up. I have already ridden this tour 15 times with the bioMTB. With the eMTB it makes divinitv more fun. Mastering a steep, technical uphill is as much fun as riding a steep, technical downhill.

However, the heat was hard today. It was windless except for thermal bubbles detachment.
In the first part of the tour, something on my eMTB suddenly started to rattle massively at the front. It turned out that something was loose in a fork spar. Fortunately, it was only the two tokens that had probably unscrewed by vibration. So I could repair the fork easily at home. Tokens are plastic parts that reduce the volume of air and thereby make the spring characteristic of the fork more progressive. The fork was just serviced. Since the token was already loose and it did not attract attention.

Bin auch jahrelang BioMTB und Roadbike gefahren. Aber nach vielen Jahren der sportlichen Abstinenz habe ich mich im Alter von 46 für ein E-MTB entschieden und bereue nix 🤣.

Man möchte sofort auf das Bike springen und auch eine Runde drehen. Zum Glück war es nix schlimmes bei dir, ich hab mir den Vorbau beim Nachstellen kaputt gemacht. Muss erstmal warten bis Ersatz kommt.
Wie sehr muss man bei euch eigentlich aufpassen das man nicht von den "Schießbudenbesitzer" erwischt wird ? Die Trails sehen meist aus als wären sie weit ab vom Schuss. Wird dort dennoch kontrolliert ?

Grüne Männchen trifft man ausschließlich auf Forstautobahnen, da die keine 10m zu Fuß gehen. Mit dem eMTB brauche ich auch für den Uphill keine Forstautobahnen mehr, da ich auch steile Wanderwege hinauf fahren kann.

Respekt wie ihr die Trails bewältigt. Wie lange seit ihr schon aktiv, dass ihr die Technik so bravourös beherrscht? Bin seit 2012 mit einem Hardtail unterwegs und gerade am üben mit vielen blauen Flecken und mäßigem Erfolg.
