I swear I must scream "You are in a hall, not hell" because this scene always tears me up :'< I never thought Shabana siblings' quarrel was kinda like Shinazugawa's one, the animation is so good
I like your work. By the way, about the storyline of Daki and Gyutaro in this AU: just like with the brothers in the original, one of the two will die. For example, Daki, who gave her life for her brother, thereby paying him back for his care and everything in that spirit. Or Gyutaro himself, who was already ready to give his life for Daki and before his death, asks his sister to leave the demon slayers and live a normal life. (The scene with Shinobu and her older sister would fit here.)
The quality is top notch and I absolutely love how this played out it being a whole ass plot- but I wonder why you decided to get rid of Gyutouros birthmarks in this?.
This gives me flashbacks of the entertainment district arc….it was pretty intense and gyutaro’s backstory is really sad tbh :( He even k3eled the samurai just for ume, he really didn’t care about anything just ume.❤ (Ik that Gyutaro said ume is useful for their money but he really loves her.) Correct me if I’m wrong)

Daki's design would have been more exciting as a hashira. Pins on her hair, make up, hee sash. That would have been cool. This looks too plain.
