I think people and investors really cannot fathom was is being created with NIO. A system where everyone who buys into the system is now tied into the system. The dominos are falling, other EV companies are realizing the growth potential and the wide range of potential options available. Customers will eventually understand that with swappable batteries you will always have a non- degraded battery, able to upgrade to larger and smaller battery and always have access to the new and most advanced batteries. The Moat will become unlimited with currently NIO at the center of the Moat…..

I think the two big parts of the Eco-system is the NIO vehicle and NIO power. The power because as the amount of vehicles that are sold and people choose the BASS system with the $100 monthly fee that would create a huge amount of revenue tied to a huge consistent dependable Moat. With the amount of swap stations increasing tied into the Grid where they charge the batteries at night when the cost of electricity is low and during the day sell power back to the grid at the higher rate will create huge revenue. Just the BASS fees at $100 per month at let’s say 1 million members 100 million in revenue. Add in your EV sales, wow….

Thank you for your effort in explaining the NIO ecosystem. From my european perspective I can not imagine how NIO life should ever get profitable. Has NIO life higher chances for profitability from a chinese viewpoint? Company owned point systems do not appeal to me at all. Finally the company rules how much value the user owns in his/her wallet.

HI Marcel , thank you for telling us and sharing how it works , I appreciate your work on this to keep me informed on things going on with Nio I never knew of , ! question , Nio power is not owned by Nio , as Nio only owns 20% of this , is this how this works as well or is it solely owned by Nio ? All of this to me is like a spider web not sure if good or bad , I been in auto industry my whole life as in repairs , I dont ever know of any auto manufacture which had all of these things going , I know tesla has alot as well with solar and robotics , maybe with evolution of smart cars you need all this go big or be squished , I wish their was alot more clarity on things for shareholders , so we have a better understanding of where model is heading and what can be benifets to shareholders who remain into Nio , since 2021 it has been a real bumpy ride for all of us.
NIO wholly owns NIO Power. What you are referring to is the Battery Asset Management Company which is a conglomerate partly owned by NIO. Its not the same as NIO Power.

Another group of ecosystem are investors, because if we will have gains from growing stock price, we can send price of stock to the sky and financial division of Nio can get big money with such development. But it needs good shareholders policy.

Can we break it down by revenue for all these touch points/business lines or value added services. They should all compliment each other for ease of use of a car which it does. Where is the money?? When is profitability??
Does nio pay already exist?
I find it difficult to envision the Nio network working anywhere outside of China. The sheer scale and resources required is immense. Without government or partnership assistance it may not be possible. Even within China it remains to be seen if this ecosystem will flourish.
So then why us xoev always outperforming nio in stock price?

I have done that as an Excel Model and video but its in my Patreon community for now.
Many variables. If you do your own due diligence, you can guess as what market cap/company value NIO can be. I see a conservative value between 30 to 100B in the next 1 to 2 years.
It doesnt seem like any of this matters for the stock price. I am at the pount i do not care what this vompany is foing any more until the stock price goes up and holds
Too complicated for me....I love simplicity.....Chinese incentives and gifts rewards for buying something need to be toned down.
NIO has already given away too much free battery swaps to the point where they have no clue when battery swapping will become profitable.
Getting worried about lack of profit prioritizing......what is the daily percentage of free battery swaps?
Will free swaps decrease and profit increase in the future?
You can invest in Toyota. Very simple. Its only about car sales. NIO business model is more complex and sophisticated and thats exact its huge future potential.
