You should answer law problem questions generally using the ILAC Rule. In Law of Contract for example, the common issue from a given scenario would be whether or not there is a subsisting/valid contract btw ABC and XYZ and whether or not XYZ is in breach of same… and any other issues that might be in the scenario given. Then u proceed to state the applicable laws, analyze same with each of the issues stated and conclude.
