This is the sound of the circus train. One train is pulled by Edward. And the other train is pulled by James. As the loads were too heavy for one engine to do the work alone. The circus was loaded into trucks at both the harbours, and the engines pull their trains through the silence stations, delivering their precious loads.
Harvey is a recurring character in Thomas and Friends
