Now i know why for some time, KC isolated herself from her mom’s family. She used to be the apple of the eye of her mom, now she needs to share her beloved mom to her siblings. Which is mahirap sguro sa isang bata na separated ang magulang at lumaki na sa kanya lang ang attention ng mom nya.
Can't help but cry while watching this video, Ms. KC. I feel like I see myself in you. I also came from a broken family at the very young age of 4. My mom and I used to write letters like this when I was in grade school up to early high school. My mom is an OFW, so we used to send letters via post. Eventually, I stopped writing letters during HS because that time Yahoo mail was booming. Although, I still wish I had kept with this tradition too. When you wrote in one of your letters that you wished for a 'complete family,' my heart broke because I used to dream of this too. I resonate so much when you said that silver linings are glimmers of hope and happiness that have happened throughout our lives despite the odds. I feel like healing our inner child will be a lifelong journey. however, like you, I am sooo blessed with both parents being so supportive of me. We keep in touch and I visit them from time to time. Magkakawig kayong tatlo, mum, dad and KC, during Dear Heart concert, I cried, Laugh and kilig to the bones, it was my greatest feelings for the last 23 years. Nabuhay yung pagkatao ko kasi my British husband died in 2005, I was so sad to now, So thank you Dear Heart for waking up my 5 senses.

Those were precious moments and i can fully relate your love and your longing for your Mom and having a complete family. Your mom loves you so much she gave her all to you and at the same time your Mom was your world . No matter the odds and hurts, misunderstandings and tampuhans, a mothers love will always be for their children , a mother will die just for the sake of their children and willing to sacrifice to give them the best future .. as a single parent and also having a child in my teenage years i can fully understand and relate on how you felt and your Mamas love to you no matter the odds and obstacles that will come between both of you. Those were precious moments and i can fully relate your love and your longing for your Mom and having a complete family. Your mom loves you so much she gave her all to you and at the same time your Mom was your world . No matter the odds and hurts, misunderstandings and tampuhans, a mothers love will always be for their children , a mother will die just for the sake of their children and willing to sacrifice to give them the best future .. as a single parent and also having a child in my teenage years i can fully understand and relate on how you felt and your Mamas love to you no matter the odds and obstacles that will come between both of you. You have a good and loving heart KC , and i admire that you appreciate, and was very grateful to the Lord of all his goodness and blessings.
