    A spectacular car, thanks for sharing it. I have a question. What steering rack does it have? is it serial?

      @ryanmarshallmotorsport  5 місяців тому

      This car still retains the factory steering rack found in all VA STI’s

    Hi Ryan, Great Video, and well-presented and helpful to people with ongoing or planned projects. Do you have a recommended Motec M150 Tuner experienced with racing / time attacks and his contact details ? What size wheels and offset of the wheels are you running and what type and size of tires and compound are you running.

      @ryanmarshallmotorsport  7 місяців тому

      Just depends where you are based but there are plenty of capable motec tuners based in Sydney (where I’m based) which can help you out! In terms of wheels I’m running a 18x9.5 +38 rim all round with a 265/35/18 Hankook Z221 tyre, and we have been changing between the soft and medium compound on these

    Great video. Keep up the good work. Just please try to practice and eliminate the Umms to a minimum. At the end it’s all I could hear. 😳
    You’re a great driver with a well set up car. Keep posting.

      Thanks for watching mate and appreciate the feedback! Will definitely work on this in future videos haha, all of this is unscripted so can be hard at times 😂

      Yeah I agree. I've done a lot of shorter videos on my FB page, and they take a few goes to get them right. If in doubt, just talk a bit slower and pause, rather than say the Umm.

    Instead of using Verus hood delete, have you guys considered using Varis circuit hood?
    I know the wait time is almost 2yrs now, but should help you out with aero/cooling.
    Could you share who made the top carbon roof & the front under tray.? Is it also sydney composities?

    • @ryanmarshallmotorsport
      @ryanmarshallmotorsport  7 місяців тому

      Thanks for watching mate! We do have a varis circuit bonnet on order and will be installing that in the coming weeks!
      With regards to the roof this is a dry carbon roof made by Carbonetics Australia and installed by Peter at Bodyform. Yes that’s correct the front splitter is a product from Sydney Composites!

      Awesome stuff.
      I'm pretty much also trying to make a track car for the street.
      I was wondering whats the reason of putting coolers in front of the radiator instead of using like the front left or right sides to make them the cooling purposes?
      My goal is to make my right foglight area to be my oil cooler while the front left side to be my steering oil cooler.
      Or is it due to aerodynamics?

    • @ryanmarshallmotorsport
      @ryanmarshallmotorsport  7 місяців тому

      Yep that’s correct, we stacked the intercooler, oil cooler and rad in the centre and have closed off either side of the front bumper which helps with aerodynamics and helps to force the air through one direction. Biggest thing with more openings is where the air will go, often can get trapped and cause turbulence

    thanks for sharing! how much does the car weigh?

    • @ryanmarshallmotorsport
      @ryanmarshallmotorsport  7 місяців тому +1

      Thanks for watching! We are still yet to weigh it, but prior to the latest modifications (sequential gearbox, lexan windows and some more weight reduction) it sat at 1427kg with a 1/2 tank of fuel. I wouldn’t be surprised if we sit closer to the 1350kg mark now
