I remember we took a trip to NYC last summer and the first that that happened once we stepped out of our hotel room in Times Square was a bunch of people in bootleg character costumes charging at us asking for photos
I think the zones are a good idea. In Hollywood, CA. the characters have to stand at the curb, but it’s understandable. The bad ones wander around, block all manner of traffic, demand tips, and cause trouble. You may accept tips, but you may not demand them. I used to be a C.C./S.P. in Hollywood, Times Square, and The Strip. But when the vagabonds in cheap costumes took over, I had to stop.
Princess Marlena it shouldn’t come to making them get a license because the cities can be greedy bastards demanding a ton of money and catch-22 bureaucratic red tape. And requiring a license to perform plus limiting the daily issuance of licenses won’t deter the trouble makers
i follow a live streamer each day in Times Square and i see this everyday and all of these characters along with the monks and cd and pot sellers need to be brought under control. i have yet to see a NYPD officer do anything to enforce any rules or regulations when it comes to these people.
I used to work around the area and I never had an issue with them. I think as long as you look like you know where you are going (essentially a local, not a tourist), they leave you alone. Not defending them being there though, just a tip to avoid trouble.
@@patrickross1973 he is not really naked and he is the only one showing his face, others use the costumes to hide their faces and get confortable mugging people knowing this make them hard to identify
ULTRAMAN Without Mexico mkre than half this country a die from withdrawals and welfare a raise up drastically cuz drug dealers with no work experience won't be able to find jobs
ULTRAMAN Ok heroin isn't close to 80 but weed coke and meth are there. Illegal drugs in the United States create a huge black market industry, an estimated $200-$750 billion a year in size, with the current decade seeing the largest per person drug usage per year in American history
