All that money for a Topps Chrome Hobby box and one auto and one numbered card? That’s crazy in my opinion.

That Ohtani has more value than the auto card
I love chrome, especially the MVP buyback program but it sucks that a base MVP buyback is more valuable then a large majority of numbered rookie autos. A refractor Buyback is prob worth more then 75% of the numbered autos in the release. Just sucks that there’s only 1 auto that will get back the price of the box. Horrible odds too being there’s over 150 autograph names on checklist

If you planned on trading in the Ohtani, then Topps Chrome won. If you plan on keeping every card, then the Boys of Summer won

Meh vs garbage. I’ll take topps doo doo all day. Can’t stand panini or any unlicensed stuff. Sure some people say you’re paying for the players not the logos, but I will never be that person. Panini reminds me of Post cereal box cards - great analogy I stole from someone.

Damn! Why are boxes of cars so much money these days?? I can remember junk wax error packs were less then $1 and a box was like $25. Are they better chances of inserts with the cards no a days? I seen today in WAWA they are selling 2024 Bowman packs for $4.99. Is 2024 Bowman any good? Is it worth buying a few packs?

Between the price and sticker autos I wouldn"t buy either. Unfortunatly over the past couple years I feel Baseball cards have gone down hill. It's now quanity over quality.

Unlicensed is Undesirable. I'd rather open the Chrome, as garbage as it is with getting only 2 numbered cards though.
Shohei is now at 43/43 and even that has never been done before.

Morning Jabs Family, we have always collected sport cards but recently we have bought some non sport as better on budget. We bought the latest star wars blasters and waiting on some more, and I got a Yoda numbered card which was great as Yoda my fav character so as you can imagine I was thrilled. Still loving watching your great breaks and willing those that do breaks to get an amazing break, mind just wish I was able to join in too. How are your children hope all are well and Sophia also?, do you think topps will ever bring their prices down a touch, I know they will not be like when my family started collecting but we surely want next generation to be able to afford to join in with us older collectors? We'll have a great day or evening depending on the time difference.

Boys of Summer and it’s not even close the chrome Elly, Garcia and Merrill are 2-5$ at most. The ohtani and Suzuki are around =. Romo and Gray around =. Hernandez, Jones, ARod are at least 15$ each while the Garcia, Elly, Merrill are about 10$ combined.
But you gotta factor in the $75 cost difference for the boxes.
