Build a covered surfboard “garage”, the other side can be a cabana with outdoor shower. Rent out surfboards to surfers. Sell coconuts for refreshments. Set up an internet cafe. Make some money from your property. Good luck, Kulas. Love your blogs.
Hi Kyle good pm grand pop watching your blogs and also You mention the different between bubo and Bobo, bubo is a fish cage and Bobo weak minded person that's it
I am so happy that Higadan Cream Sand Beach is developing. I actually asked the niece of my friend who went to Cateel to check you all out someday and they said soon they will. Wow, that machine is going to make a lot of guests happy. Congratulations Rose and Mikegyver. 👏👏👏 Look at all those surfers like Siargao. Soon you will have a surfing fest there. Thank you Kulas for all the positive vibes everywhere. Happy that your recovery is progressing well. Amping jud kanunay.
Freshwater pool , on the cleared land , I grew up on the beaches of Australia surfing and to come home and swim in our pool after surfing all day is the best feeling
So nice to see you healing well Kulas. And always having a good time with your good and hardworking friends there in Cateel. God bless you and your friends especially Mama Rose. Stay safe 🙏. Thank you for the good and amazing views.
It is amazing how fertile that land is. Meantime, I can't grow anything in my backyard. When my Canadian friends asks me how we grew anything in the Philippines, I could not think of an answer. Things just sprout on their own
Beautiful intro. Always good vibes. Great music. Always great drone footage. Sorry, your paddleboard got smashed. Maybe some sort of hut to protect your boards would be good. Have a great week. Take care.
Hey Kulus, nice video and interesting how the vibe will be when there will be a lots of people in Cateel especially at the beach when many resorts open up but Bro, everyone has an opinion that’s why you get interesting views points, not everyone or everything can be positive, just go with the flow! Keep it real and power on!!!
Build a concrete two story that will serve as storm shelter. No matter if it's tiny as long as there's an enclosed room for you to cover if there's a surge.
Maybe closer to the highway, awayfrom the seashore. Solid, strong edifice to withstand the strongest storm experienced in the area? Just a thought. Stay safe always.
Blessed Sunday from Vancouver 🇨🇦❤Missing fresh fishes in the Philippines 🇵🇭 Mama Rose & Mike's coffee machine is legit 😊Beautiful life in Cateel 😊Take care 🙂 ❤
The Bandera Española that Madman has planted are also in bloom now!🥰 (Maybe you can put a tribal hut in that cleared space, Kulas that can serve as a guest house too! Or a small legit bahay kubo with it's own amenities hehe.👍❤
Madre di cacao i useful for protection plant from insect specially what we call in ilocanos "tongro"a microscopical insect that eat the leaves of rice just pread some leaves around and will protect your plants
Hi Kulas! Love watching your videos. I don't have any original ideas to add to those already given below, I just thought of your past laag-laags to different beach resorts, and these are my thoughts: 1) Defend the Boards from falling coconuts! A small, sturdy shelter maybe close to the water pump corner, not necessarily water proof, just coconut proof. 2) Picnic Hut with strong posts so hammocks can be hung for sleepovers, maybe 2-storey? 3) Shade trees like the Talisay trees near the picnic hut. 4) Fruit trees are great, but be sure to select trees suitable for your propery's soil type. Sorry for the long post. I am projecting my dream vacation home to you, hahahaha! Take care Kulas, good luck with your projects and life in general!
This is Millard from Edinburg TX. Hey Kumar! Great to see you do paddle surfing. Let us wait for Kulas do it in the coming few months. Fantastiko guys!
Kulas: Hoy, hey you, trabaho!!! Jhondie: Weekend, it's Sunday! Ha ha ha. Sounds like a Filipina mother trying to hold back her son to do home chores when all he wants is run to the beach for a swim!
Greetings from Surrey, BC. - Mike is so resourceful can fix almost everything. Anyway, Awesome videos featuring filipino culture and traditions. One of my friend posted a video in FB two months ago and I find it so interesting and enjoy every minute of your vlog and decided to be one of your subscriber. Proud Filipino-Canadian here. God Bless and more Power.
I guess a cottage in that area with bamboo table in the middle decorated with surfing board on both sides will be a fun to share your laughter there with some TUBA or RED HORSE in the middle with some PULUTAN would be awesome.😂😂😂
11:19 - Kulas, in any resort-like-residences in the Philippines, there are always a Nipa hut with benches surrounding a center table with a BBQ pit nearby to cook the "pulutan" and a fire-pit for a bonfire.
Hi Kulas, regarding the area cleared by Madman I suggest you make a Fire Pit using bricks or similar material and put benches made of coconut logs around. It would be a great area for BBQ, pulutan with beer especially in a clear moonlit night with some sea breeze… Wow 🤩 I can just imagine!!!!
Having watched your vlogs since 2017 upon arrival here in kelowna reminds me of how Philippine weather could be. Yeah its rainy season. Filipino life is routine life. We tend to be excited about amihan then holy week the fiestas then the coming of rain coz its school year and when thw ber months came thw lingest xnas in thw world. Hope everyone can fly again back ssafwly to Pinas. And yeah i hope this expensive qyarantine heresucks. Missed u pinas.
I met a girl named Bobo and her older sister named Coco when I was in Hongkong 😄 I love to mix choco and coffee and milk. It's good 🤤 McGyver is so creative. Lots of DIYs.👍 #Cateellife 🤗🤗🤗
Yeah that's right that's why the fisherman call it bo-bo. Also Madre de cacao is use to shine the floor and feed it to pigs, and also it can heal you itchiness example ring worm or kagid. Hahaha
Hi Kulas, sorry about your paddle board. Maybe Madman can create a cool looking surfboard and paddle board rack set aside and your boards will not be destroyed by falling coconuts. I like Madman and we have 10 hectares of beach land in Luzon. Is Madman for hire?
You can send the paddle boards back to the manufacturer in Cebu to be repaired. And you better make a surfboard stand that's protected from the coconuts. Now you have two boards for repair.
Next Project : build a solid concrete structure 2-3 storey high that would serve as an evacuation shelter at the same time from heavy storms , maybe at the rear end of your property
Hi Kulas, Mama Rose, Mike and everyone. Great video for a Sunday @ home. Mama Rose's spread always makes me sooo hungry. Happy day at the beach. For the land - I liked those huts with bamboo swings that I saw, that would be so relaxing. Power on!
Kulas I would like to suggest if you could cut down the tall coconut trees within the house vicinity and the walkways, there is possibility that somebody's head might be accidentally hit by falling coconuts and might fall on your roof that might cause damage like what happened on your paddle board. If you like coconuts on your property you can plant the dwaft variety. I like your drone shots keep promoting the goodness of the philippines.
Kulas you're exactly right, that's what I'm about to comment about the fish trap named BOBO😀😀😀that those fish going inside the trap are dumb😂😂😂that's the old folks called their invention as BOBO.👌 👍 😂
Another small house or like cottage u mean Kulas? I like ur house style native and nice design🤗👏🏡 i suggest u put a more any kind of bunsay on your yard beside your grasses and swimming poo if u want nice to see..🤗😄😄
You could build a Koi pond, put a deck over it so you can do yoga and stretching. Something like a zen space, Namaste from your Mexican/American friend living in Abra, Philippines 🇲🇽🇺🇸🇵🇭🧘🏼♂️ 🐟🐠
I think that free space is good for cottage and a bar where you can chill and relax. It may not be good for new house as it looks a bit tight or maybe not. Anyway, I trust your team or engineers would be able to come up with better ideas 😉
Ohh wow! there are many surfers now in your place Kulas...and in a few years this will be name surfers capital in Davao region...This place will gonna be busy soon...hehehe...
Build a covered surfboard “garage”, the other side can be a cabana with outdoor shower. Rent out surfboards to surfers. Sell coconuts for refreshments. Set up an internet cafe. Make some money from your property. Good luck, Kulas. Love your blogs.

It is amazing how fertile that land is. Meantime, I can't grow anything in my backyard. When my Canadian friends asks me how we grew anything in the Philippines, I could not think of an answer. Things just sprout on their own
Plant fruit bearing trees there like mango, avocado, guava, santol. tamarind, langka, rambutan, marang and durian.
Beautiful intro. Always good vibes. Great music. Always great drone footage. Sorry, your paddleboard got smashed. Maybe some sort of hut to protect your boards would be good. Have a great week. Take care.
Great video! Great people! Great drone shots! Love it!
You can put a greenhouse or outdoor patio area with a swing too.
Its kulas time 😎💪🇵🇭
Stay safe brad 💪

Hi kulas. How nice your place.Very relaxing..Enjoy swimming kulas and surfing. I am your fan idol kulas.take care always.
Build a Storage for all surfboards/ paddleboards on that new empty spot ,
So falling coconuts won't damaged your Toys 😉
Great idea!

Stand up racks for all boards and with a protective roof...thats simple.... plant more grass for tents to set up...

This is Millard from Edinburg TX. Hey Kumar! Great to see you do paddle surfing. Let us wait for Kulas do it in the coming few months. Fantastiko guys!
U can build a visitor center, like a big living room/guest room. U can also plant fruit trees, more coconut trees
Love the bonsai idea Madman!
As for the stand up long board, a wise man once said, "Do not go for long walks in a coconut grove."
🌴🥥😂🤙
Surfing is incredible love it . Love the house
i was entertained that i found the vlog BITIN it ended so fast .. Hehehe.. more more!
Been watching your vids the whole weekend and I still can't get over hahaha!
Please have some railing installed upstairs and along the two sets of stairs. Don't want you or anyone to have an oops.
Thank you for this comment! I've been thinking this very same thing for so long. Very dangerous with no railings installed! 😬
Side story about bonsai Alagao or argao trees love it #Kulas please make some update soon thanks
Kulas: Hoy, hey you, trabaho!!!

Except for maybe some grass, I would leave that space open (unless you really need another covered area).
Kyle, Madre de Cacao is an insect repellent plant/tree. you should replant them along your areas fence line.
Our entire fence line is made de cacao pla ted :)
Kulas, you are an inspiration. In what you do and the places you visit.
11:19 - Kulas, in any resort-like-residences in the Philippines, there are always a Nipa hut with benches surrounding a center table with a BBQ pit nearby to cook the "pulutan" and a fire-pit for a bonfire.

Hey Kulas, that would just be the perfect place to build a swimming pool!
Vending coffe is lovely
Keep the positive spirit up Kulas!
Keep safe and God bless, Kulas.
Perhaps a badminton or basketball court is perfect for your space Kyle.
Spread seeds of grass to avoid soil erosion let i just grow until flowers will come then cut with grass cutter.
Wow nice beautiful beach kulas
Wow ❤️ happy to see you back in higadan. I love the vibes, surfing 🏄 yummy foods, and a hot choco 🍫. Thanks so much Kulas 😊
