For Ennoshita, it's also hard because for the first time he feels that he can be that leadership role, but even HE felt relieved when Daichi showed up and the responsibility wasn't on him. I think that was part of his embarrassment, that even with him getting more comfortable filling in it's still a huge relief to cede it to Daichi and fall back in line behind a more experienced captain. It's hard to explain how it feels to be capable of taking the lead but still not being comfortable with it, yet being ashamed when you hand it over to someone else even if they're more capable.

22:40 , that’s the point, when people are watching haikyuu on TV right before a commercial break, that plays kinda like a, “we’ll be right back”

The manga has a timeskip. That's all we could tell. But the ending is very fulfilling. I always call it my book of life because of how much it positively impacted me (and other people) ❤️
Thank you so much for the reaction videooo!

2:03 Yes but nowadays they treat head injuries veeeery seriously because there was a time when they didn't, players would continue to play like nothing and then get into a comma or die in their sleep later that night
3:02 almost only reactors who actually remember him and get excited to see him, told you your attention to detail would make the viewing more enjoyable, and it won't be the last time
3:10 It's not said in the anime but Yamaguchi is a middle blocker, they need a wing spiker to replace Daichi, although it doesn't have to be, if they don't have other options, but it's more similar to the rotation they practice, although as said in the episode Enoshita is used to being in another position than Daichi and that affects you in ways even if it's the same role
3:27 here, when Tsukki said "So it IS you, Enoshita" it isn't very well conveyed but he meant it as, "Of course it'd be you, who else would be good enough?" It shows that Enoshita had Tsukki's respect for a looooong time, which is admirable
13:53 Wait! you were told the anime is the whole manga!? There is still looooots to cover, so much so that their decision to finish it with two movies makes sense to noone, the first movie was already tooooo rushed and cut too many important parts and it cover less chapters than the ones left, I really don't like where it's going. I know you still are no where near done, but I highly recomend reading the manga, because it won't do it justice and the ending is too perfect for that.
22:34 well they were there exactly for the comercial breaks, because, you know, it was originally realased for tv like most shows in the not so far past
30:22 Yes, because it's anime and we get to see things 100 times slower it's hard to imagine, but players who are able to see so much in that split milisecond are veeeery rare, that's why Ukai didn't really believe Hinata at the beggining of the season when he said he could see it, it's not common
30:34 Ohhh, yes please!!! you won't regret it, I would recomend reading from the start although the first two seasons are almost panel to panel the same, but there are fun details and intresting player's thoughts that you get to see (a really small example, Kageyama took a little longer to actually consider Hinata his teammate, at the start of the 3vs3 he still was thinking about winning alone) if it's too much I can tell you the matches that were animated but are completly different or have a few more things in the manga
31:21 many get confused at that part, don't worry, it wasn't conveyed very good, what he meant was that even though they won and he knows he was a part of that, he felt relief when he saw Daichi, meaning he was happy he didn't have to take the burden of playing, and at the end he tells himself, "don't be content, you made mistakes, you need to get better because you want to be out in the court again, and you won't if you are relieve like this"

The main arc of the manga is just this academic year, but we are going to get a look into where these characters are as adults. Not going to spoil people's future careers or relationships, but: everyone we see seems really happy with where they are, and I get very proud and emotional!

Dont let this distract you from the fact that we got a flashback within a flashback

I just saw someone spoiling something in the comments here. Who hurt you? For the love of god, everyone mass report the loser who wants everyone to be as miserable as they are in their lives. Let people enjoy nice things. Even if it's a small detail that doesn't involve main plot, at least hide stuff under a spoiler warning.
30:24 You know the "moment" Bokuto talks about? For Takeru, that was his "moment", where he felt like he evolved into a higher level in the game of vball. And it got cut short. That moment was his last point in high school, with this team, and it was their losing point. His "moment" was both the highest high he felt and the lowest low :(
30:51 Oikawa's stretching his fingers since he's a setter. I can't pinpoint the exact season and episode, but i swear i remember Kageyama stretches his fingers too.

don't lose faith in Yamaguchi just yet, and Ennoshita still has more to prove.. and anyone corrects me if I mistake, but I think the pinch server can only be called once by set, and leaves the court when the point is lost

13:39 I won't actually spoil anything, but regarding the question of "does the manga go past the first year", yes it does. But unfortunately, it looks like the anime won't cover everything up until the end of the manga. Which is truly a shame, because the manga is genuinely incredible, like, seriously amazing. So for everyone mildly interested in this show, once you are caught up with the anime, I can HIGHLY recommend giving the manga a genuine chance. It's worth it ^^
