If you pay attention to silhouettes, he shares it (or is very similat to) with Max (TDPI) and Ripper (TDI Reboot). And surprise, surprise, in both instances they think they are smart in their own way and both are doing dumb things that ends up badly for them. I love the mere concept of Ted, but putting him to have the same treatment as other characters of the same silhouettes is genius. To be fair, I do believe that this eventually will change or at least he will have upperhand at one point, but as for now giving his "bad behaviour" instant karma punishment is satisfying. Similarly to how Yul was treated in All Stars.
I’m so glad that I can finally all this show an actual comedy drama like it’s been calling itself for the last 3 seasons because I think I had never laughed at the show before other than like the Tiktok episode and that was a laugh because of how purposely bad it was, this first episode was great at fixing every problem I’ve had with the past seasons overall like characters not showing their arcs or stuff just saying them, and I don’t think a single interaction was just a therapy session or an exposition, the writin has gotten sm better, it’s still early but I have high hopes for this season
