Maybe important to also remove the permission to add users, so the Site Owner doesn't get themselves a new account with administrator level :)

Thanks for the tutorial. Is there any way to assign a private post(s)/page(s)/custom post type(s) to only ONE specific user? Not by roles.

Is there an array to add ACF Custom Fields link to the unwanted capabilities array? I have seen other ways to remove it but this seems like the most efficient way if it can be done. Thanks.

New subscriber here.. I am trying to set up my Virtual assitant on my wordpress stores. Can I just add them as an administrator and customize thier capabilities? I really don't want to mess with writing any codes. I am to low tech for that. I just don't want a VA to change passwords or take control of my sites :) I need them to manage the Social media pages using a plugin (Social Rabbit). It is all automated. Check for orders, Etc.. I will process the orders. These are drop shipping ecommerce stores. Are there any "best ways" to acheive this?
