Wouldn't the room stay the exact same temperature since the heat is bring moved right back inside the room?
the heat is not moved into the air but into the water. If you put ice cubes in the water or replace it from time to time, it will not heat your room.
I'm actually trying to build one that can both cool in the summer and heat in the winter using a small radiator by means of pumping water either from the cold or hot side.

冷熱都在相同室內，無法達到降溫效果，水冷散熱沒有水排風扇幫忙散熱，越少量的水，越短的時間就逐漸變成溫水至熱水，散熱效果越低，冷端也越不冷。
短時間只能在風扇前吹出少許冷風，距離兩三米也沒沒什麼效果，室內32度以上大約還是風扇效果感受而已，一片製冷效果太有限了，玩一片又不知道如何解決散熱問題，完全是白費心力。

Works great keeping my doberman and 9 puppies cool in their dog house in Arizona. I thought I came up with something new till I found this video. Seeing what we did different. See we both have expert engineers telling us what we r doing wrong and how we are living to people spreading fake news. It was so hard hiding the window unit inside the dog house to get cold air coming out the door so I can fool the people I show maybe one day we will be as smart as everyone telling us y it won't work till then I'm going to keep my puppies cool. Don't tell them cause they believe it so much they stopped panting and crying to come inside.
You can't imagine how powerful is a computer PSU or else get a 12v 10A power suppy
