The problem here is, last two captains were unnecessarily weak, soft and easy going and everyone took advantage of that. Arsalan is making sure no one does that and that's why everyone is getting restless, because he is strict with rules as he should be!

They're here to play a reality show not get everything they want to their liking. Whether you like it or not, Arslan is the Wazeer this week and he can do whatever he wants as long as he stays in his limits and so far he is doing a good job in my opinion.
