I am so happy you are going somewhere for your holiday, but the natives of Hawaii have said even though the US are keeping them open, they don’t want tourists coming because of COVID as of yet even if you are vaccinated etc. I’ll try to find the videos but basically they say that they love tourists it’s just that they have low levels of hospitals and medical resources and it’s hard to keep COVID at bay with all the tourists in and out. Also if you are going to dress in our Hawaiian cultural clothes, please get the correct ones and not the cheap plastic ones from the dollar store, that is cultural appropriation, but you probably didn’t know so no hate :))
