I am law graduate and was advocate There are only 3 sectors which hold powers I.e.ruling politicians, police and revenue officials all others hold minimum power in their respective field but without such 3 sectors nothing will function

When the High Court has got power under sec.482 of CrPC to quash the final reports filed by you, who is superior ,then ? All investigating officers are answerable to courts and courts can Monitor your investigation. High court can order further investigation if it is not satisfied with investigation or if it is perfunctory. Further, Supreme Court can issue any direction which it thinks fit, though there is no provision in law.

An IPS officer can only file a case against a Advocate if he thinks But a learned Advocate can file a Writ Petition against the same IPS officer in the High Court and take off his shirt. An organization called Barcouncil is the reason lawyers are keeping silent at present mind it small boy 😂😂😂
